Terms of service

Effective October 22, 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Turboyap", "we", "us") and govern your use of turboyap.com, the Turboyap API, dashboard, SDK, MCP server and CLI (together, the "Service"). By creating a workspace, issuing an API key or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

2. The Service

Turboyap lets you and AI agents you authorize create, preview, schedule and publish posts to social accounts you connect, and see how those posts perform. Turboyap is in early access. Features may change, and features we describe as "coming soon" are plans, not commitments. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on in a paid plan.

3. Your account and API keys

You must be at least 18 years old and give us accurate account information.
You are responsible for everything done with your workspace and API keys, including by AI agents. Keep keys secret, give agents agent keys only, and revoke any key you think is exposed.
Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize Turboyap to access it and publish to it on your behalf, within the permissions you grant on the platform's authorization screen. You confirm that you own the account or are authorized by its owner to connect it.

Your use of each platform through Turboyap remains subject to that platform's own terms, which you agree to follow. By using Turboyap's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The platforms' terms are:

Platforms can change their APIs, limits, review requirements or terms, or limit or revoke access, at any time. Turboyap is not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform, and we are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your account or your content, including removals, reach, suspensions or bans.

5. AI agents and the autonomy dial

You choose which agents get API keys and how much each connected account lets agents do. At level 1 (review everything), agent-created posts wait for a human to approve them. At level 3 (full autopilot), agent-created posts publish without human review.
You are responsible for posts your agents create and for the autonomy level you choose. Turboyap does not review your content before it is published.
Agent keys cannot approve posts or change autonomy levels. You can stop all publishing in your workspace at once with the kill switch.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the media, text and other content you or your agents submit ("Your Content"). You give Turboyap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transform (for example convert, resize, pad or crop) and transmit Your Content, only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the platforms you choose. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies already published to a platform at your direction.

You confirm that you have all rights needed to publish Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law or any platform's rules.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

send spam, run fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts, buy or sell engagement, or otherwise manipulate a platform;
publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates a platform's community guidelines;
impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
evade platform rate limits, review requirements or restrictions, or Turboyap's own limits;
access accounts you are not authorized to use, or scrape, surveil or profile people;
upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service;
resell the Service or offer it as part of your own product without our written agreement.

8. Plans and fees

Turboyap has a free tier, and every plan includes unlimited posts. Prices for paid plans are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Fees platforms charge for API access may be passed through at cost, and we will tell you before any such fee applies. Fees do not include taxes, which you are responsible for. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you.

9. API use and limits

We may set reasonable rate limits to protect the Service. Platforms' own limits also apply, and Turboyap may hold or reject a post that would exceed them. Don't attempt to bypass any limit.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and to publish every post exactly once, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or that a platform will accept or publish a given post on time. If Turboyap cannot confirm whether a post was published, it marks the post failed instead of retrying, so a post may occasionally not go out.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a platform requires it, or if needed to protect the Service or others, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 6 (the part about rights you keep), 13, 14, 15, 16 and 18 survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Turboyap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, reach or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US $100.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Turboyap against claims arising from Your Content, your agents' actions, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms or a platform's terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE AND COUNTRY OF ORGANIZATION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

18. General

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and Turboyap about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Failing to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
